RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • You can return or exchange any full priced item/s within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, exchange for equal value or for online credit
  • Please note this excludes all underwear & gift cards.
  • Please ensure all items are packaged securely and will arrive back to us in their original condition
  • The customer will be required to pay any postage costs back to us, however we will ship back your exchange item free of charge

ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • Download a returns form and include this with your return
  • Please post your items in original condition with your returns form to

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning (excluding those returned under the 30-DAY FREE SHOE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES policy).
  • You can either pay by weight at the Post Office or click here to create your $9.95 AUD return label (Australian customers only)
  • If you are wishing to exchange your item for another via post, please print out your order confirmation and write next to the item the size or product you would like in exchange. 
    Item must be of same value or less. If the requested item is not available, the amount of the item will be processed onto an online gift voucher.
  • Imperial Clothing will ship your exchange item/s back to you express, free of charge
  • You can return your items at your nearest Imperial Clothing store for a store credit or exchange. Our stores are unable to process refunds for online purchases
  • Customers will need to provide an online tax invoice as proof of purchase, and goods must be received back in their original, unworn and resalable condition (including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc)
  • You can not return Gift Cards purchased in-store or online. 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact our Customer Experience team via orders@imperialclothing.com.au. Please include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible
  • Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item 

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL STOCK

  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Bundles purchased are considered as sale items.
  • If you claim a free gift with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift must also be returned. If you return your items for store credit or an exchange, you are more than welcome to keep your free gift
